TV schedule for all six Mags as Toon trio face Ronaldo, Messi & Son in World Cup last 16

It’s official – all six Newcastle United players competing in Qatar have made it through to the last 16 of the World Cup.

In the final night of group games on Friday, Bruno Guimaraes Brazil topped Group G – despite a shock 1-0 defeat to Cameroon – while Fabian Schar’s Switzerland qualified as runners-up after beating Aleksandar Mitrovic’s Serbia 3-2.

This completes the clean sweep for Eddie Howe’s men, as England trio Kieran Trippier, Callum Wilson and Nick Pope also joined Garang Kuol’s Australia in the last 16 after the Socceroos stunned Denmark on Wednesday.

So, who’s up next for our six Mags still standing and how can we watch them? Here’s all the details:

Saturday 3rd December, 7pm: Argentina vs Australia – BBC One (Garang Kuol)

Sunday 4th December, 7pm: England vs Senegal – ITV 1 (Kieran Trippier, Callum Wilson, Nick Pope)

Monday 5th December, 7pm: Brazil vs South Korea – ITV 1 (Bruno Guimaraes)
