The teams are in ahead of tonight’s pivotal Champions League group match at the Parc de Princes, where Newcastle United take on PSG at 8pm.
Here’s the side Eddie Howe has gone with, featuring a host of U21s on the bench:
STARTING XI: Pope – Trippier, Lascelles (C), Schar, Livramento – Miley, Guimaraes, Joelinton – Almiron, Isak, Gordon.
SUBS: Dubravka, Karius, Dummett, Hall, Huntley, Ndiweni, Parkinson.
As expected, it’s the same side that beat Chelsea 4-1 on Saturday night, with Lewis Miley making his first Champions League start in midfield.
The bench features just seven players – three youngsters in Michael Ndiweni, James Huntley and Ben Parkinson, along with two goalkeepers, Lewis Hall and Paul Dummett (Matt Ritchie, Emil Krafth, Mark Gillespie and Javier Manquillo aren’t eligible).
Here’s the side PSG have gone with, seeing Kylian Mbappe captain the team in Marquinhos’ absence, Enrique revert to a 4-3-3 and Danilo, Lee and Ruiz all come in after missing out in our last meeting:
PSG XI: Donnarumma – Hakimi, Skriniar, Danilo, L.Hernandez – Ruiz, Ugarte, Lee – Dembele, Kolo Muani, Mbappé (C)
