The photo we’ve all been waiting for has finally landed following our 3-0 win over Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
It’s a post-match tradition for Eddie Howe’s Newcastle to take a dressing room photo after a win. However, after today’s Tyne and Wear derby victory over the Mackems, we celebrated with a picture in front of the 6,000 Mags who’d made the trip from Tyneside.
A special picture and one that rubbed salt into the wounds for those in red and white who bothered to stay as we cruised to a comfortable win on Wearside! See it below:
No dressing room required and without doubt one of THE best photos in the club’s history, for me.
After a devastating and damaging month of results in the league, cup and Champions League, today’s win was massive. Huge for Howe, vital for the players, massive for supporters and a club crying out for a response to recent setbacks.
HOWAY THE LADS!
