Chelsea’s big win aside, it’s been a brilliant bank holiday weekend for Newcastle United’s European hopes, with our 4-1 victory at Burnley followed by Man Utd’s 4-0 battering at Crystal Palace last night.
That result leaves Ten Hag’s side 8th and two points behind Newcastle (6th). They face title-chasing Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday, while we take on a Brighton side who’ve won one of their last 10 away games, losing seven in the process.

Chelsea meanwhile sits at 9/4, with the Blues picking up form but facing tricky trips to Nottingham Forest and Brighton in their next two games.
