BBC pundit predicts the 'Eddie Howe Derby' as Newcastle face Bournemouth
BBC pundit Chris Sutton is backing Newcastle United to come away with a 2-1 win from Bournemouth tomorrow.
The former Blackburn striker admits he would 'err towards Bournemouth' based on our two performances last weekend, where we beat Southampton 1-0 and the Cherries drew 1-1 away to Nottingham Forest.
However, he feels Alexander Isak could be the difference this time out in the 'Eddie Howe Derby', although he's intrigued to see how £40m striker Evanilson gets on if their club-record Dominic Solanke replacement starts.
In his latest prediction piece for the BBC Sport, Sutton said: "The Eddie Howe Derby. It will be interesting to see if Evanilson plays for Bournemouth, they have spent £40.2m on him.
"Newcastle huffed and puffed and found a way last week at home against Southampton and Bournemouth drew at Forest, they probably will feel they should have won the game.
"Based on last week, I would err towards Bournemouth but I am a big fan of Newcastle forward Alexander Isak and I think boss Eddie Howe will return to his old club and win it.
Sutton's prediction: Bournemouth 1-2 Newcastle
We were poor on the road last season, so let’s hope he’s right and we can pick up all three points in what promises to be a tricky game at Eddie’s former club.
