Eddie Howe and Paul Mitchell reach agreement after summer setbacks - Report
According to The Telegraph, Eddie Howe and Paul Mitchell have settled their differences and are committed to making things work for the good of Newcastle United.
It was well documented earlier in the summer that Howe was thrown off by Amanda Staveley's exit and the arrival of a new sporting director who's remit would be "90% transfers" and that feeling was not eased by Mitchell's failure to land Marc Guehi or Anthony Elanga over the final weeks of a frustrating window.
However, Luke Edwards has revealed that both are 'determined' to put any previous issues behind them and push forward with our January transfer plans, with the club expected to be active after a frustrating few months.
A 'well-placed source' had this to say to The Telegraph when discussing their relationship: “Both men know where they stand with each other now. There have been no arguments in the last few weeks.
