Newcastle United have released a brilliant piece of festive content this week, with Dan Burn hosting a Christmas quiz from the club’s Benton training base! (Watch it in full above)
Burn – who is a great laugh throughout – quizzes Nick Pope and Fabian Schar on their Christmas knowledge, tests how much they know their fellow teammates and ends with a ‘finish the song’ round which ends with Schar singing Anthony Gordon’s popular chant!
It’s great to see the club releasing this type of content and shows how well the lads in our squad get on, with Burn, Pope and Schar all having great banter throughout. Pope is like a big kid, Burn has the potential to be a future pundit and Schar reveals that he used to work as a banker in Switzerland!
There’s also some funny tales about Callum Wilson sneaking out of team meals before paying and a surprise stat on Gordon, with Burn revealing that he’s made more tackles than any other Mag this season!
