The new year is approaching, and with that comes the opening of the January transfer window.
Reinforcements would be welcome to refresh a squad currently hit by injuries, and The Mail’s Craig Hope has named FOUR midfielders currently high up on the club’s radar.
He reveals that Monaco’s 21-year-old Lamine Camara is being monitored, along with AZ Alkmaar sensation Kees Smit, Feyenoord talent Luciano Valente and Auxerre’s France Under-21 international, Kevin Danois.
A key theme is that all of the above are 22 or younger, with Hope adding that new sporting director Ross Wilson is keen to lower the average age of the squad.
It’s thought there will be an emphasis on recruiting top European talent with ‘high ceilings’, suggesting that hidden gems and value for money will be key focuses as we explore options outside of an inflated Premier League market.
All four have been linked at different stages over the past month, with Hope previously stating that Danois is one to watch should our ambitious attempts to land Smit fail next month.
Camara is a box-to-box midfielder who looks perfectly suited to English football. He’s currently away at AFCON with Senegal, but I watched Marseille vs Monaco in Ligue 1 last weekend and he was the best player on the pitch in an all-action display.
What’s not clear is whether or not a midfielder has to leave to allow one to arrive. If that is the case, Joe Willock may be one to watch in January, with Crystal Palace linked with a potential move.

If “white flag Willock” agreed to go to Palace I would happily pay his train fare.I can’t remember us having a midfield player so consistently useless when we need to defend.

were is the central defender thats the biggest hole in the defence Toulouse central defender also plays left back 2 in 1 we need a few more like that same old Eddie Howe clap trap we played poor today but we will put it right still waiting for that to happen performance even when we win has been below par

These are all good players but not “hidden gems “ most top clubs across Europe will compete for their signatures and prices will be premium for Newcastle .. with injuries under performance and frustration growing ..the next month or so should decide the future of many current players including the manager ..

Working with B2B clients in the US requires tremendous effort, and I quickly burned out from manually searching for leads, which took 6 hours a day, leaving no time for strategy. I started actively looking for a way to change this, and on one forum I came across a post that completely resonated with my situation: Looking to automate parts of my sales process (B2B company, US-based), particularly lead generation and outreach which is reaaaally time consuming. Can confirm using dripify.com sales automation software was my best choice. Dripify is the best tool to automate sales process. This was 100% confirmed — the tool took the routine off my hands, and now I only deal with warm contacts instead of wasting my life copying emails.
