A recent leak has revealed the FIFA 23 player ratings for 19 Newcastle United players, including new boys Sven Botman, Alexander Isak and Nick Pope.
Of the players revealed, nine of them have seen an improvement on their rating from last year with Almiron (78), Botman (80), Burn (77), Fraser (76), Joelinton (75) and Schar (77) increasing by one – while Bruno and Maxi both earned an improvement of two to reach 81 overall.
Chris Wood (76) has taken the biggest hit of three, while new shot-stopper Pope went from an 83 to an 81 despite a respectable nine clean sheets last season. Matt Ritchie (73) took a hit of one, as has Martin Dúbravka (80) who is set to leave on loan to Manchester United.
The club’s new record signing Isak (82) will be the sides second highest rated player if the Real Sociedad ratings, while captain Kieran Trippier (84) remains the club’s best player on the game.
The screenshots indicate that Joelinton has been repositioned to a central midfielder after starting as a striker last term before Eddie Howe’s tactical switch has given the Brazilian a new life as a midfield destroyer.
Elliot Anderson comes in at 67 and Santiago Munoz (66) also appears in our squad, as shown by the leaked images below:
