According to NewcastleWorld, Newcastle’s home kit will feature WHITE socks for the 2023/24 season, while the Saudi design is set to continue for our third kit.
The report also reveals that the leaked kit doing the rounds on social media has been passed off as a ‘fake’, but they have shared a few early hints as to what we can expect from this summer’s design.
Newcastle will move away from the traditional black socks with a white trim in the first of two potentially controversial changes to the strip.
A V-neck is also expected with black panels – this will be a change to the current round neck version – and it’s believed both the away kit and third kit look set to have a similar feel to this season’s – the away with a royal blue colour and the third a new version of the ‘Saudi kit’ that has sparked debate throughout the current campaign.
It has been rumoured that the launch of the kits could be around June 9th, but as of yet there has been no official confirmation as to who will be our main shirt sponsor to replace Fun88.
We await more information on both the design of the kits and the sponsor in the coming weeks.
