Toon release team photo and 34-man squad for USA games vs Aston Villa, Chelsea & Brighton

Newcastle have released a team photo from the USA and the full 34-man available to take part in Summer Series games against Aston Villa, Chelsea and Brighton.

Joelinton does not feature in the squad photo (see below) as he’s due to travel separately following visa issues. However, the Brazilian is named in our 34-man list; which could be boosted by Harvey Barnes if and when the winger completes a medical on Tyneside over the coming days.

Shay Given and Shola Ameobi have also joined the team for a number of meet and greet sessions throughout the tour, which includes a 45-minute long interactive event with our former shot-stopper on July 21st.

Here’s the squad list in full, followed by the official photo from Atlanta and full details of all three of our games over in the States:

GOALKEEPERS: Nick Pope, Martin Dubravka, Karl Darlow, Mark Gillespie (Loris Karius is pictured with the group but isn’t named in our official 34-man squad)

DEFENDERS: Sven Botman, Fabian Schar, Jamaal Lascelles, Dan Burn, Kieran Trippier, Harrison Ashby, Javier Manquillo, Emil Krafth, Paul Dummett, Matt Targett, Jamal Lewis, Remi Savage, Alex Murphy.

MIDFIELDERS: Bruno Guimaraes, Sandro Tonali, Joelinton, Joe Willock, Sean Longstaff, Elliot Anderson, Lewis Miley, Jamie Miley, Joe White, Jay Turner-Cooke.

STRIKERS: Alexander Isak, Callum Wilson, Ben Parkinson.

The Magpies will kick off our tour of the East coast with a game against Aston Villa on July 24th at midnight (GMT) in Philadelphia.

Darren Eales and Miguel Almiron will then enjoy a return to Atlanta where we face Chelsea on July 26 1:15am (GMT) before wrapping things up in New Jersey against Brighton on July 29 12:30am (GMT).

All three games are due to be shown live on Sky Sports and will be available on NUFC TV for fans outside the UK, Ireland and USA.
