Wor Flags have released a new message ahead tonight?s game against Borussia Dortmund, sharing instructions for fans in attendance at St James? Park.
They have once again covered every single seat in St James’ Park with a piece of card or a flag to create another incredible atmosphere, but have issued specific instructions to make sure the display comes across as intended ahead of the 8pm kick-off.
Read their message in full below, which also encourages fans to ‘get there early’ in an attempt to replicate the atmosphere that helped us batter PSG 4-1 in our last home group game:
It’s difficult to think of any atmosphere in recent memory that was more spectacular than our tie against PSG; something Wor Flags are looking to emulate tonight.
No doubt the crowd played a huge part in pushing our team on and intimidating the opposition, creating magical scenes both before, during and after the game three weeks ago.
After so much great work from the volunteers at Wor Flags to get this display ready, let’s do our bit ahead of what promises to be another special night in Newcastle.
