Mehrdad Ghodoussi has sent a New Year message to Newcastle United fans on social media, looking back on 2023 and ahead to 2024.
He describes 2023 as a year filled by a ‘unique blend of highs and lows’ after we went to Wembley and secured a top four finish before suffering a tough December that saw us struggle in league, cup and Europe.
However, he believes 2024 can be a year of ‘positive change’ for the club and ‘collective success’, seeing every challenge as an opportunity as we head into a tough run of January fixtures. Here’s what he had to say:
