FIFA 21 release NUFC player ratings – and our star player has been given a BIG upgrade!

EA Sports have released the annual player ratings for the upcoming edition of their popular FIFA franchise.

FIFA 21 is set to launch across all platforms on October 6 and one of the biggest talking points upon release is which players will be ranked higher or lower than the previous year.

Martin Dubravka remains our highest rated player and has been given a HUGE increase from FIFA 20, with the Slovakian international rated going from 79 to 83 – putting him ahead of Pickford, Pope and Kepa to name a few.

Here’s the ratings in full:

  • 83 – Martin Dubravka
  • 80 – Allan Saint-Maximin
  • 79 – Ryan Fraser
  • 78 – Callum Wilson
  • 78 – Fabian Schar
  • 78 – Miguel Almiron
  • 77 – Jamaal Lascelles
  • 77- Jonjo Shelvey
  • 77 – Federico Fernandez
  • 77 – Matt Ritchie
  • 77 – Isaac Hayden
  • 76 – Ciaran Clark
  • 76 – Paul Dummett
  • 76 – DeAndre Yedlin
  • 75 – Javier Manquillo
  • 75 – Joelinton 75 –
  • Jeff Hendrick
  • 74 – Andy Carroll
  • 74 – Dwight Gayle
  • 74 – Christian Atsu
  • 74 – Emile Krafth
  • 73 – Sean Longstaff
  • 73 – Karl Darlow
  • 72 – Yoshinori Muto
  • 71 – Jacob Murphy
  • 70 – Rolando Aarons
  • 66 – Henri Saviet
  • 66 – Dan Barlaser
  • 59 – Elias Sorensen
  • 56 – Jack Young

As you can see, Allan Saint-Maximin takes second spot in our squad with a rating of 80, a +1 increase from the year before.

His frightening pace stat of 93 (see below) combined with his 87 dribbling and 5* skill moves will no doubt cause a few controllers to break this upcoming season!

As feared, £40m man Joelinton has dropped three points to 75, however it’s a surprise to see Yedlin (76) rated two points higher than Lewis (74) given the contrasting seasons they had in 2019/20 from an individual perspective.

One player who will be disappointed with their ratings is Henri Saviet who, with a decrease of EIGHT, now barely falls into the ‘silver’ player category and is just a single decrease away from being categorised as a ‘bronze’ player.
