Five Mags in action over the next 48 hours – TV channels, kick-off times & all you need to know

It promises to be an interesting few days for five of the six Newcastle United players competing at the World Cup in Qatar.

In the early kick-off on Thursday, Fabian Schar’s tournament will finally get underway as his Switzerland side take on Cameroon in the 10am kick-off on ITV1.

Sticking with Group G, Bruno Guimaraes’ Brazil then face Serbia in a 7pm clash with Serbia, which is set to be screened on the BBC. Hopefully Bruno gets a taste of the action, although a ‘leaked’ line-up from Marca suggests he may be on the bench.

Then to Friday, England trio Kieran Trippier, Callum Wilson and Nick Pope take on the USA in the second game of Group B. This one is due to get underway at 7pm on ITV1, handing Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions the chance to all but secure their place in the last 16 with a win.

Here’s all the details ahead of what promises to be another action-packed few days of World Cup action:

Thursday 24th November, 10am: Switzerland v Cameroon – ITV1 (Fabian Schar)

Thursday 24th November, 7pm: Brazil v Serbia – BBC (Bruno Guimaraes)

Friday 25th November, 7pm: England v USA – ITV1 (Nick Pope, Kieran Trippier, Callum Wilson)
