Elliot Anderson starts – Official Newcastle United team to face Liverpool

The team sheets are in ahead of today’s Saturday night clash at St James’ Park, seeing us take on Liverpool in a crucial game in the top four race.

Eddie Howe has handed a first Premier League start to Elliot Anderson, seeing the Geordie talent come into our midfield alongside Joelinton and Sean Longstaff.

Anthony Gordon remains on the bench and Callum Wilson is back in the squad, seeing Alexaner Isak and Allan Saint-Maximin start again.
