It looks like the Premier League Summer Series will be shown live on Sky Sports later this month, with popular site Live Football On TV including our three games in their upcoming schedule.
We are due to play Aston Villa on Sunday 23rd July, Chelsea on 26th and Brighton on the 28th during our USA tour, but have two pre-season clashes closer to home to contend with first.
Ahead of Saturday’s clash with Gateshead, Newcastle have revealed that fans will be able to watch the 12.30pm kick-off live on National League TV, while next Tuesday’s trip to Rangers will be streamed on NUFC TV.
The short trip to the Gateshead International Stadium sold out within hours of going on sale in June and will now be available to purchase on National League TV for £9.99. You can now purchase it here.
We will then travel to Glasgow for our fixture against Rangers just three days later – Tuesday, July 18th (7.45pm kick-off) – which will be played in honour of former Gers goalkeeper Allan McGregor.
After that, we face our triple header in the States before returning to St James’ Park for the Sela Cup, which sees us face Fiorentina (5th August) and Villarreal (6th August) the week before the new season kicks off at home to Aston Villa.
