Just moments after the Champions League draw, Darren Eales has been speaking about our ‘group of death’, with us due to face PSG, Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan in Group F.
Speaking live to TNT Sport (watch below) about the draw, our CEO said: “I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Mackem in Milan.”
He couldn’t resist! A brilliant line from Eales after a daunting yet exciting draw out in Monaco, where we’ve landed arguably the toughest group against French heavyweights PSG, Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund and the iconic AC Milan, handing us a return to the San Siro 20 years on from Alan Shearer’s brace.
