Newcastle United have confirmed that our upcoming Premier League clash with Brentford has been moved from Sunday 17th September (4.30pm) to Saturday 16th (5.30pm).
The game will still be shown live on Sky Sports, but has been brought forward almost 24 hours to allow for the fact we travel to AC Milan the following Tuesday in our first game of the Champions League group phase.
Elsewhere, Sky Sports have also confirmed that our Carabao Cup clash with Man City will be shown live at 8pm on Wednesday 27th September (8pm kick off).
This means that, between now and the start of November, SEVEN of our next 10 games will shown on Sky Sports or TNT Sports, with the latter covering all of our Champions League group games and Sky selecting upcoming league games against Brentford, Sheffield United and Wolves, along with our Carabao Cup clash.
