NUFC star sends surprise delivery to NHS staff…just days after £19,000 donation – Video

Danny Rose has been at it again with another brilliant act of kindness during the COVID-19 crisis.

After last week donating £19,000 to the North Middlesex University Hospital in Edmonton – who are currently ran off their feet caring for those struck down by coronavirus – the Spurs loanee has now sent a surprise delivery of Dominos pizzas to staff.

Here’s a video posted by the North Middlesex Hospital a few moments ago, showing just how many Pizza’s they received curtesy of Rose’s surprise delivery:

Here’s what Rose has had to say after his brilliant gestures of goodwill:

“For the hours you’re putting in and, more importantly, for putting yourself at risk to treat everybody.

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you’re doing.

“I wanted to say, on behalf of all my colleagues, that you are the heroes.

“You’re probably not getting as much recognition as you deserve so I just wanted to say ‘thank you very much’.

“‘I’ve chosen your hospital because I’ve been there a couple of times through Tottenham, so it makes sense to go to you first.

“You are the heroes and the work and the hours you are putting in are not going unnoticed.”

Hats off to Danny! What a lovely gesture to help out the country’s real heroes at this tough time.
