According to Corriere dello sport, Newcastle are planning a loan move for promising Mexican winger Hirving Lozano, who has fallen out of favour at Napoli.
The Italian outlet claims Everton are trying to sign him on a permanent deal, but Napoli have no intention of selling just yet and are willing to loan him out to Newcastle – with us said to be interested in a season-long loan.
The Serie A runners up are rumoured to be looking ‘favourably’ on a possible loan move to Newcastle this summer for the Mexican.
Lozano announced himself on the world stage with a goal against former World Champions Germany at the 2018 World Cup; helping him to earn a £34m move to Italian giants Napoli the following summer.
After a fairly dissapoiting debut season in Serie A, it is believed that Napoli are willing to loan out the 25 year old- rather than attempting to cash in on him after just a year at the club.
Despite his poor form, a loan move for Lozano would be perfect for Steve Bruce’s side, who are desperate for goals and creativity- something that Lozano would undoubtably add!
A potential loan deal for the struggling winger would also keep in line with United’s limited transfer budget this summer, making the transfer a no-brainer!

If Everton have shown interest in buying him, surely they would be happy to take him on loan?
I took a look at the article you mention, which then references another Italian article, which, it turns out, doesn’t exist.
