Eddie Howe has been named the Premier League Manager of the Month for October!
No one deserves it more following a month that saw us pick up 16 points from a possible 18, score 16 goals (a Premier League high for October), concede just three (the lowest in the Premier League for October) and climb into the top four following a series of impressive wins.
This completes a Premier League double for Newcastle United, with Miguel Almiron named Player of the Month just moments ago for his six goals in six games last month.
Howe beat Man City’s Pep Guardiola and Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta to October’s award, which he has dedicated to “the team” after an incredible run of results.
It says EVERYTHING you need to know about Eddie Howe that he opted for this picture after being named Premier League Manager of the Month for October. What a man. What a manager. What a team!

Did Miggy also win goal of the month?
He scored 1 goal in the whole of last year (a great goal BTW) and then scores 6 in a month that could all be considered for goal of the month!
