Former Mag set to be joined by Lionel Messi as PSG star agrees shock move

Lionel Messi is now set to team up with former Newcastle man DeAndre Yedlin as a summer move to Inter Miami is now all but confirmed.

There were rumours that the Argentinian legend could be making a big money move to Saudi Arabia, following the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante.

However, in a shock move, Fabrizio Romano has announced that the 35-year-old will join the team currently sat at the bottom of the MLS; who have recently sacked Phil Neville as their head coach.

Yedlin left Newcastle for Galatasaray in 2021 before joining Miami in February last year and will now be linking up with the world’s greatest ever player down the right-hand side.

It is not a partnership that many, including Yedlin himself, could have foreseen when he was playing Burton Albion away in 2016, but certainly one that he will be excited to experience!
