After arriving on Tyneside yesterday and his trip St James’ Park this morning, Harvey Barnes has stopped for a picture with a young Newcastle United supporter outside the club’s training ground.
Toon fan @LaurenBack_ shared a photo on Twitter of her daughter with the Leicester City star this afternoon, with the 25-year-old completing the formalities before he’s officially announced as Newcastle United player tomorrow.
The winger will sign for a fee in the region of £38m and replace Allan Saint-Maximin; who has now agreed to join Al-Ahli, according to reports emerging from France.
As revealed by L’Equipe just moments ago, the 26-year-old has accepted a move to the Saudi Pro League side and will have his medical on Friday, joining the likes of Edouard Mendy, Roberto Firmino, Riyad Mahrez and Ryad Boudebouz in KSA.
