Eddie Howe has been speaking to NUFC TV ahead of our opening game of the 2023/24 season, where we kick things off against Aston Villa tonight.
The boss looks back on a positive pre-season for the club, discusses our summer signings, Anthony Gordon’s improvement, as well as the team spirit and unity within the group – which he describes as “the foundation” behind our success last season.
He expects this upcoming campaign to throw up new challenges and a “different dynamic” now we’ve qualified for the Champions League and looks ahead to our tough start – where we’ll face Aston Villa, Man City, Liverpool and Brighton in our first four games.
