A last minute win against Aston Villa last time out stopped the rot for United but only time will tell if that victory was a rare bright spot in what has been a poor 2014 or whether we have genuniely turned the corner.
The big team news ahead of the match for Newcastle is that Fabricio Coloccini will miss the game on compassionate grounds after travelling back to Argentina following a family bereavement. We’ve not beaten Hull since 1998 and they’ve been playing some decent stuff of late although they have struggled in front of their own fans.
