The teams are out ahead of today’s 3pm kick off at Craven Cottage, seeing us take on newly promoted Fulham following a two week break.
Without further ado, here’s the side Eddie Howe has gone with, seeing him make FOUR changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Bournemouth:
STARTING XI: Pope – Trippier, Schar, Botman, Burn – Longstaff, Guimaraes, Willock – Almiron, Wilson, Murphy.
SUBS: Karius, Dummett, Lascelles, Lewis, Targett, Joelinton, Anderson, Fraser, Wood.
So, Burn comes in for Targett at left-back, Botman comes in alongside Schar, Longstaff replaces Joelinton – who is only fit enough for the bench – Murphy replaces Fraser and Wilson comes in for the injured Isak, seeing our number nine start for the first time in over a month.
Saint-Maximin misses out entirely, but it’s good to see Bruno start – in a more advanced role – after returning early from international duty.
Anderson is back on the bench after missing out vs Bournemouth and Wood has made the bench, passing a late fitness test after injuring his rib over the break.
Here’s how Fulham line up, seeing ex-Mags Mitrovic and Mbabu both start:
