Newcastle United trio Miguel Almiron, Kieran Trippier and Bruno Guimaraes have all been nominated for October’s Premier League player of the month award! (Vote here)
All three were outstanding in what was a magical month on Tyneside, seeing us win five and draw one of our six games, scoring 16 goals and conceding just three in the process.
Trippier was brilliant at both ends and Bruno back to his best in the middle, but the award must go to Almiron, who lit up the Premier League with six goals in six games and an array of stunning solo strikes.
