Newcastle have released CGI images of the proposed fanzone, ‘St James’ STACK, powered by Sela’, that will be outside the stadium behind the Gallowgate.
Members of the public, local residents and neighbouring businesses were shown the designs which showcase both internal and external images of the fanzone.
The plans are set to include a ‘thriving food, drink and entertainment option’ for those in attendance on a match day as well as during the week.
There will be a central plaza and main stage area in the centre which will look to cater towards all ages and attract people from all different cultures.
Those who were present when the plans were proposed were given the opportunity to provide feedback to the club, which followed a recent season ticket holder survey also.
