Newcastle United trio Eddie Howe, Anthony Gordon and Nick Pope have all received Premier League nominations for the month of November.
Howe is up for manager of the month (vote HERE!) alongside Luton’s Rob Edwards, Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola and Man Utd’s Erik Ten Hag, with the boss nominated following huge home wins over Arsenal and Chelsea.
Gordon has been shortlisted for player of the month (vote HERE!) after two goals, an assist and several electric displays in November, while Pope is up for save of the month (vote HERE!) for his stunning stop to deny Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez in the first half of last weekend’s 4-1 win (watch it again below).
Well-deserved for all three and great to see them receiving the recognition they deserve. Howe has done brilliantly to see us through this injury crisis, Gordon has been involved in 10 goals already and Pope has the joint-most clean sheets in the league, keeping four in his last five home games.
